Mindful Making Art Series

Class length

3 classes of 2 hours each. Students may select one or all sessions. Classes are scheduled and priced individually.

What will be made?

Each session will begin with an exercise to encourage relaxation and creative flow. Following the initial exercise, students are welcome to play and explore a variety of materials or continue working with the art making technique introduced in class. The teacher will be available to support exploration and use of materials.
