The Culinary Creator

This hands-on culinary course, led by Elliot Cluba, will instruct us on how to process and utilize wild and culinary herbs in both sweet and savory dishes that you will prepare and savor. We will also delve into the health benefits of these herbs and gain insight into organ function through the ancient Ayurvedic medicine system. The class comprises two sessions on March 28 and April 4, with attendance required on both days. The total cost is $115, covering all supplies. The class is limited to 10 participants. Elliot, the owner of Herbs and Arrows, is a wilderness and primitive skills instructor, holistic health coach, herbalist, and martial arts instructor.
